Overall, I really like this product. My only complaint is that it can take a while to heat up and sometimes does not work. However, it creates good coffee that tastes good.

Whats so nice about this is i don't drink a whole pot of coffee so with this you make one cup or two and you don't waste the rest of the pot. This brews a nice hot cup of coffee
