I have checking and savings with them. Very good US based customer service if you need to call in for anything. Free checks is nice. I would say they are one of the better banks I’ve used. Discover has very good customer service.

I can't recommend a discover savings account enough to someone just starting to save for retirement. Most people put their money in a bank and sit at a 0.001% interest rate. You will never make money doing this. I average around 4% using discover. The rates are sometimes on par with a CD! You do have a limit on how many withdrawals you can make, but there are also usually sign on bonuses. Make smart financial decisions, go with a high yield savings account.
