I prefer this version over the regular Compeed patches by far. The Extreme blister cushions stay on much better, even during long days or when wearing tighter shoes. The adhesion is strong without feeling uncomfortable, and the padding gives instant relief. They protect so well while helping the blister heal faster. I’m genuinely impressed with how long they last — definitely my go-to blister patch now!
