It cooks quickly in a air fry or microwave, its thinness mean it can burn or crumble easily if heat too high or cook too long, but my husband like crunchy like that. Turkey bacon less fat than pork bacon and less sodium too

I'm a bacon lover as much as the next person, but will it stack up to real bacon. I was not sure if I would like this at all. I was pleasantly surprised. while I still prefer real bacon, this turkey bacon is pretty darn good. I would use this bacon as a crumble on a salad or when I had a late night bacon craving. but if you can't have regular bacon this is a great alternative!

Delicious! Great alternative to pork bacon and my family who eats pork also enjoys this turkey bacon as something different in the morning with breakfast. Quick to heat up and not greasy.
