These were a life saver when my son cut his forehead. We were able to cinch together the cut and allow it to close up and heal with no sign it was ever there. The closure held in place once we secured it on both sides of the cut. These leave the actual cut exposed to all it to breath, dry and heal. For school, I simply put a little bandaid on top. I dropped one star because a couple of them didn’t adhere as tightly as we wanted so we had to toss them and use more. For the cost of these items they should all work!
