It costs a little extra but its worth every penny, anytime I have dry skin a little of this magic and it sorts it right out. A little goes a long way too.

I have extremely dry hands, to the point where they are cracking and bleeding. You can see a picture of a normal day for my hands. This is THE only thing I have found so far that helps. Even creams prescribed by my doctors do not compare. It is going to sting. And it is going to scare you. But within an hour, you will see a difference. Yes, it is fragrance free and yes it smells kind of bad. I assume lactic acid doesn't smell great. If you are looking for a last resort for dry hands, this is it. Give it a try!

My derm suggested this for the Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms and it has worked wonders ! The green bottle is good but this one is better for stubborn KP! I exfoliate in the shower and then apply this after I get out. I apply twice daily and it has definitely helped to keep my KP manageable! Highly recommend as someone who has spent YEARS trying to find something that works:)
