The first thing that I ever tried out from Pacifica Beauty and I fell in LOOOOVE! Initially, I was trying to find an alternative to Too Faced’s Hangover Primer, which was great for my dry skin, but the price was too high for the amount of product that we get, if you are using it for a moisturizer instead of a primer I mean. This retails for $16.00, which initially I was put off by because the bottle is pretty small - HOWEVER, you only need a pearl sized amount to cover your entire face, and will end up lasting you a while. This lotion helped to clear up my dry patches due to eczema, and never broke me out or irritated it. The smell is delicious! A mix of coconut and hint of vanilla. I’ve already gone through 3 bottles and plan on getting more! ....I recently got a full sized bottle of Dermalogica’s Intensive Moisture balance (gift with purchase) which retails for about $43.00 I believe, and I’m hesitant to use it instead of buying another tune of my Coconut Probiotic Cream. That’s how much I love it! Creamy, silky, light-weight. Melts right into your skin. Did not make me oilier than usual (humid florida). I’m sticking with this for life! This was my first time using any of the brow products from Benefit Cosmetics! Overall, I was pretty impressed with the “Precisely My Brow” pencil. The tip/point of the pencil was very fine and probably the smallest of all brow pencils that I’ve used before (Colourpop, Nyx, Wet ‘N Wild, ELF, etc.) which was GREAT because my strokes came out perfect and was easier to control! I have very dark brows (black brown), but they are also very sparse in some areas due to over plucking back in high school. With other products I usually have to keep blending them out and adding more color to make it deep enough to blend in, but sometimes that left my brows looking too heavy, and not at all tr natural look I’d really like to go for. With the “Precisely My Brow” pencil, I had better control and definition, so my brows took way less time to make up compared to before! The packaging is so cute and sleek! It felt very nice in the hand, and was comfortable to hold. I really liked this pencil, but my own complaint is that I do think they need a little better of a shade range. I know they just added a few new shades recently, which is great, but I think there is still a little room for improvement. I received #5 - Cool Dark Brown, but I do think I’m more of a warm tone. Still, it worked out pretty well. Also, I live in Florida, so the heat and humidity make me sweat a lot! When used, this pencil stayed intact all day despite the weather, and when I accidentally rubbed my face a few times forgetting I had done my brows, it still looked great! And thank God, because I don’t take makeup out of the house with me usually! Definitely worth a try if you’re thinking about it! I received this complimentary item to try and review for free in exchange for my honest review. Thanks Influenster! Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Eyebrow Pencil
Horrible. I was excited to try it because it was supposed to be a gel liner (implicating that it would just glide easily across my lid) but it ended up being dry and hard. I thought maybe using the sharpener or smudging it down a bit would help, but it didn’t make a difference. It point was still hard and dry. I would drag it across the back of my hand, and it barely left a mark! Looked like a cheap pencil line instead! I will say that the built in sharpener was really cool and convenient (would love to see this with more brands!) but this one just didn’t do it for me. Tossed shortly after buying. First off, let me start by saying how much I LOVE Wet N Wild and how I use many of their products! I was excited to try this eyeliner out because I had actually seen the Nyx bold liquid liner and wanted to try it out, but being that I’m a liner novice, I didn’t want to spend the $10 just to get frustrated and toss it. So I saw this as a cheaper alternative to see if I could make the style pen work for me. I ended up being really disappointed however. The felt tip felt really hard to me, and being that you have to push down on it to make the ink come out, the sharp edge was painful to drag across my lid. I also noticed that I had to push down hard, otherwise the pen would just smudge and fade the little bit of product I actually managed to get out. I only paid like $3 for it at the dollar store, so I’m not entirely heartbroken but being that it was a Wet N Wild product, I was hoping I could make it a staple in my collection. I am going to have to try to Nyx next after all. wet n wild ProLine Graphic Marker Eyeliner
I wasn’t too excited to try this out after using the shampoo to be honest, bc the shampoo had too strong a smell for me. It smelled like roses which was nice, but it was TOO scented. However, this wasn’t too bad. It comes out very silky and creamy from the pump. Worked easily through my tangles, and didn’t leave any residue behind after rinsing out, nor did it irritate or trigger my scalp eczema, which is very sensitive! After drying, my hair felt soft and full. My strands felt thicker, which I thought was impossible because I already had thick hair! I think bottle brings a nice size of product for the price paid. Also, because you don’t have to coat your hair in the conditioner to make it work. A little bit of the stuff goes a long way! Along with the shampoo, this was the first time I’ve ever used Carol’s Daughter. I’m interested in trying more out from the line later on down the road when I run out! Thanks Influenster for the freebies! Carol's Daughter Rose Water Lightweight Conditioner
I finally got a chance to try out the new Cactus Rose Water Shampoo tonight, and I’m pretty impressed. The packaging was cute and a good amount of product what it will be marketed at in stores.
The consistency was so smooth and creamy coming out of the pump! I was a little put off by the smell while showering; it smells lovely, a rosey type scent (hence, Cactus Rose Water!), however it was just a little TOO strong for me. On the flip side though, the strength faded a bit after drying, and it was just perfect then. I kept flipping my hair around just to catch a whiff of it.
As far as volume goes, I didn’t notice much of a difference in my hair itself, but I could definitely FEEL my hair as being “fuller” when grabbing or running my fingers through my strands. I do believe that I may not have noticed much of a difference because I already have thick hair, and this was marketed towards those who have finer hair types. May be the explanation behind that there.
My hair definitely does feel softer and easier to manage after just one use. Though my hair feels fuller, it’s not weighed down or feeling like it has any added texture or “gunk” left behind.
Overall, I’m impressed with this shampoo, being it was my first time trying Carol’s Daughter products. I also have sensitive skin on my scalp from eczema, and this did not irritated at all; the added benefit is that it is free of parabens, sulfates, or silicones. Recommended by many naturalistas everywhere! Carol's Daughter Cactus Rose Water Sulfate-Free Shampoo
I was nice to have no reactions or irritation on my scalp or forehead, and less of a burning/chemical smell due to the flowery scent! LOVED! Now if they could only come out with bolder colors and more options for us dark-haired girls.... our options are usually limited if we choose not to bleach beforehand and who wants to risk all that damage just for a color change? Not me! I was very surprised that I’d actually like using Clairol’s new “Nice ‘n Easy” formula, since all I had used in the past was Garnier Fructisse hair color. If the color line available expands more to those dark brown/black hair shades, I’d probably stick with it for a while! I received this complimentary product in exchange for my honest review for PinchMe.

These are without a doubt my favorite lip liners everrrrrr!!! They are creamy & smooth, glide with NO problem, very pigmented, and comfortable to wear! You could even use them as a lip crayon and color your whole lips to use on its own. The twist pencil makes it easy to use on the go and not have to worry about sharpening, or dulling out the point. They are also SUPER affordable! At 2.99x these truly are a steal! And if you use coupons or watch out for promos at Walgreens pharmacy, you can often get them for less than a dollar! About 75-99 cents, depending on the promo. I have all 6 from the original launch, and 2 from the second release. I plan on having all in my collection, they are that good! I really hope they continue these for a long time, and can’t wait to see what other colors they come out with! With these, I never have to shop high-end for my liners. Love love love! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 @wet n wild Perfect Pout Gel Lip Liner
I love this formula! It really lives up to the name of “butter gloss” - so very silky and smooth. Not goopy or sticky like many other glosses at all! I love this consistency, and it smells so yummy! They have a sweet, almost cupcake or vanilla/cake type scent which is heavenly! I think the packaging is so cute, and I think it’s great quality for the price. Can be found at various drugstores, Walmarts, Targets, or department stores (though I get mine at Ulta Beauty during BOGO 50% promos!) I usually can pick them up between 4.99-6.00, depending on location. I like that they are only slightly pigmented, and give you a almost “yeah, my lips look like this” color all the time! Upon trying for the first time, this buttergloss reminded me of L.A. Colors High Shine Gloss (though this consistency is better!) because they too have an awesome vanilla, baked goods type scent. My only complaint is that I wish the packaging was bigger, but since it’s so small and cute, I can toss in my bag or pocket while on the go with no problem! Can’t wait to buy more for my collection!
