I really enjoy the texture and color of this product however I find it can be a bit finicky to apply. When I apply directly to my face I find it removes the product I had below leaving my base looking patchy. For that reason I prefer to warm it up on the palm of my hand first and then I go in with a brush to apply it.

Super pigmented. Nice shade color. Easily blends into the skin without leaving a streak. Does not break you out which is a plus. Super pricey but nice quality. Chic packaging.

As a long-time devotee of Westman Atelier’s Cream Contour Stick in the shade “Biscuit”, I was thrilled when they recently released new shades in this product range. Biscuit is still my fave straight-up contour shade (it has the perfect coolness for sculpting without being ashy), but I was looking for a one-and-done shade that could be used as a hybrid blush-bronzer (aka “blonzer”) for travel and my purse. Enter TOAST - it is the perfect all-in-one product for adding structure to the face, creating a sun-kissed effect with zero orangeness…and best of all, it has the same great formula as the other shades: blendable, long wearing, creamy but not shiny at all, and it doesn’t pick up any foundation or powder underneath. Toast is my new fave superstar product…this, some concealer, mascara, a cream blush/lip product, and a lipliner…I’m all set. The packaging is luxe and expensive feeling, and the magnetized lid means that you can toss it in your purse without worrying it’ll mess up your bag. 10/10 recommend!
