This is my go to medicine for cold and flu relief. Helps reduce nasal congestion and fever. Its a smooth easy to swallow liquid texture that's easy on the throat. It absorbs quickly and kicks in fast.

DayQuil is a great product when you are feeling terrible. It helps relieve sore throats, fevers, chills, headaches. The DayQuil is supposed to work that it doesn't make you drowsy, but I do feel more spaced out when I take it. However it is a good relief. With most medicines I find I built up a bit of a tolerance so it is less effective over time, so I try to take the bare minimum. It comes with a small measuring/dosage cup, although I wish they could make the bottle more like a mouthwash container where you can squeeze the right dosage and swallow from the bottle.
