My stepdaughter recently battled a sickness that left her 10 pounds lighter than before. She wouldn’t hardly eat or drink anything. Me and my husband thought we needed to do something that she will like and will give her the extra nutrients she needs, so we started giving her these “shakes” as she calls them.
