Yum! These cookies are absolutely one of my favorites and the bite size make it hard to say no. I always eat the top cookie, then the peanut butter filling then the last cookie. I love the crispiness of the cookie and even the peanut butter filling has a little crunch. So good!

These are simply the best peanut butter cookies made hands down, the grandkids love them and can't keep them on hand when they are here without having to make a run to the store.
