Despite looking like it would feel gritty or sharp (the glitter is chunky and angular), the formula is surprisingly smooth— it’s water-based, lightweight, and dries down transfer resistant without feeling that you’ve glued craft glitter to your lips The drawbacks: -the strawberry milkshake scent is strong and not my favorite; which keeps me from reaching for it more often -reapplication can be tricky. It performs best over a fully dried matte liquid lipstick; layering midwear can be patchy. -it can feel drying after several hours Color payoff is incredible. This is basically frosted pink glitter. It works well as a topper or on its own. I have tried it on the eyes as well. It dries almost immediately which makes it a nice sealant for your lipstick. It does come off to the touch, but it stays on the lips and a bit of glitter is lost to the skin/object that touches it. Very youthful.
