This product is for killer nails but also beneficial for hair also because it contains biotin which is good for hair growth as well. Great product for the value.

Theses are nice. They are not too large and are easy to swallow. I have noticed a difference in my nails. They are growing a little faster and do seem slightly stronger. I would keep taking it.
