I’ve been on these for about ten months and they are worth every penny. I lost a ton of weight and unfortunately lost a ton of hair, with handfuls coming out every shower. Now I don’t have significant hair loss, I just have a ton of flyaways due to all the new baby hairs. The taste of these are ok, and I feel like they’ve changed their formula slightly from my first order to the second. My fiance takes these as well, and his thinning has completely stopped. Highly recommend. So easy to take one every day for significant improvements. WAY better than nutriful.

We loved theses so much. the dosage is great. you just need to be very consistent on taking them daily. but they worked so well. and they also tasted very good witch is an added bonus.
