I made these deliscious GF mini pizzas using the gluten free Bisquick. They are delicious! You would never know it’s gluten free. The texture is light and fluffy. I’ve also made blueberry muffins and pancakes!

Got this to use as a pancake mix, and i must say, I'm impressed. It has a great consistency that makes my pancakes nice and fluffy. It comes packaged neatly, and it's able to be stored in the box for later use.

I love that the gluten free is just as good as the regular. I make pizza in muffin tins with mine, pancakes and waffles. Hate that gluten free is always more expensive and a smaller box.
