L'Oreal's Lash Paradise is seriously THE BEST MASCARA in the drugstore world right now, with Lash Princess by Essence trailing right behind it. This mascara is JUST LIKE TOO FACED'S BETTER THAN SEX MASCARA and is honestly a little bit better in my opinion and is more than half the cost. The formula glides on like a dream and leaves lashes full, plump, long, and absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth $9.99. I suggest this to family and friends all the time. Seriously a must have.
Wet N Wild has been and is to this day one of my favorite cosmetic companies out there. They offer a wide range of high quality beauty products at affordable prices. However one thing the company can't seem to do is make a mascara that actually does something for my eyelashes. For $3 I wasn't expecting much, but based on other peoples reviews I was at least expecting this mascara to do something for my lashes. Instead it left them sad and lifeless, not at all elongated, full, or beautiful.
Maybelline's Brow Drama Pomade Crayon is my second favorite drugstore brow product. It can be found at most beauty retailers for around $7. This product is super easy to use and stays put all day, helping to keep brows shapely, full, and defined. While there isn't a huge color selection, I've used the shade Blonde while I've been a red head, and while I've had natural dirty blonde hair and it's matched both my hair and skin tone perfectly. The only thing that annoys me about this product is that once the tip becomes dull, you have to get a brush and scoop the pomade out of the applicator to apply it to your brows. While not a huge deal, it can become time consuming and for the amount of product you get, the frustration sometimes isn't worth the price point.
Elf's Instant Brow Lift Brow Pencil is honestly one of my favorite brow products of all time. Retailing for $2 at CVS and Rite Aid this little guy lasts all day and helps to fill in the sparse hairs in my brows. While the color range for this line of products is nothing to write home about, I've used the shade Taupe as both a red head and as a natural dirty blonde and it matches both my skin tone and hair color perfectly. Hands down one of the most affordable and best drugstore beauty products on the current market.
Review for: Cat Food Indoor Formula 56 oz; 3.5 lb; 1.59 kg more...
My go to cat food for my two adult indoor cats. I love that this is always so easy to find at most stores and that it is fairly inexpensive when compared to many of the car food brands on the market. My cats seem to like this brand and formula so I’ll continue to repurchase until their tastes change!
This has been my go to moisturizer for years. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, while also helps to treat and prevent future and current breakouts. I love that it lasts for a long time and how it’s extremely affordable when compared to many other moisturizers on that market these days.
I’m honestly torn on how to properly review this product. The foundation is lightweight, easy to apply, and creamy. The price of the product is also very affordable which I like considering it is a drugstore product. However applying this product can be a pain. It doesn’t go on the best with a beauty blender and goes on even worse with a brush. I’ve found myself using both tools at the same time to try and apply it and ultimately my fingers get used every time throughout the process. While the product is lightweight it is also very thick and applies to the skin kind of like a face mask. If you’re not quick to blend the product into the skin it dries down extremely quick as well as oxidizes like crazy.
I like the full coverage this product can provide and I like that it’s lightweight, easy to use and affordable, however fighting with it to sit on my skin gives it a 3 star review and the likelihood that I’d ever purchase it again is also extremely slim.
I just finally finished up a sample size of this product. Honestly I enjoy the product a lot, it helps to keep eyeshadow in place and allows the shadows you apply on top of it to not crease. It also helps prevent fall out if you’re using glitter shadows. My problem with this product is the very pink undertone it has when you apply it to your eyelid. While it can usually not be seen (if you apply darker shadows on top of it) any longer colors you place on top of it really need to be blended out and worked in to the eyelid.
While this is a rather expensive drug store product (I spent $16.99 for it at my local Rite Aid) it is definitely worth the price. This spray really helps to keep your face makeup locked in all day, and helps prevent creasing and smudging. It’s also handy to have when you need to quickly wet an eyeshadow brush or beauty blender.
