Usually their products can range anywhere between $20-$26 dollars which is a bit pricey. If I find a product I absolutely love - I don't mind spending the money but even to try at first, is risky for me especially because I recently started to wear lip color. I was lucky to find them at TJMAXX for $8 each!! I bought a nude shade and a light pinkish shade and both are beautiful. They are pretty moisturizing which I loved but what stood out the most is their colors and shades seem to be extremely pigmented and vibrant!
Tarte has been one of my favorite brands for awhile now and they never disappoint me. I just recently started wearing color on my lips and still have trouble finding shades and colors that work well on me. I had a mini sample of tartes matte liquid lip and I absolutely loved it! I was surprised how versatile the color was and how I've seen it on multiple different skin tones and it still looks beautiful.
I don't remember what shade was used on my lips - but when I had my makeup trial done for my sisters wedding, the makeup artist used a mac lipstick on me. I absolutely loved the color and haven't been able to find anything similar! The only small problem I encountered, was it was a bit drying to my lips. If you exfoliate your lips and then use a nourishing oil or chapstick before hand, makes a huge difference. They have a gorgeous range of colors.
I remember using this stuff sometimes as a kid and I always HATED the scent. It has some weird, sweet, artificial, candy like scent. Not my cup of tea. I find these conditioners and shampoos very drying and I do not like how they make my hair feel. Doesn't feel like it cleans and I feel like it leaves a residue on my scalp. I personally haven't bought anything from this brand in awhile and there's tons of other companies and products a lot better so I would not purchase this again.
I personally usually stick to natural brands and companies with ingredients that actually can improve your hair but I am super open minded and give everything a chance. That being said, I have very dry, thick, coarse hair and it's very hard for me to find hair products that work well. Surprisingly; I really liked this conditioner. I am IN LOVEEEE with the smell alone I will give it 5 stars. It's strong enough to last in my hair but not over powering in the shower. I definitely could see a difference with one use, it coated my hair and made it feel a lot softer. I let my hair air dry, like I usually do, and it was a lot flatter, less frizzy, made my hair fall very nicely. I bought this on sale cause I never tried it and would buy again !
Nothing special. Just a cheap, super affordable brand you can find at any grocery store. I see VO5 at the dollar store all the time. Some of the scents are super artificial, strong and too fake smelling for me. Some are ok. Yeah this is cheap but I personally would spend the couple extra dollars to get something better quality that actually feels like it cleans and conditions my hair.
I love the smell of Garnier products and how it is distinct, unique smell. I have very frizzy, dry, coarse hair and live in the desert - so it's very hard for me to find products that work long term. This product is an ok leave in conditioner, I've had better results with others. It is a bit thicker consistency, about the same as their conditioners. I personally would say it's a medium leave in conditioner. It makes my hair smell awesome and gives it a great shine. What I didn't like about it is it kept my frizzies down, but only for a few hours. Also I felt after a few hours, it dried up and left my hair feeling brittle and dry. Might just be my type of hair. If you do try this, I would recommend only using it on wet or damp hair RIGHT out of the shower - seemed to have better results and more control that way.
I love Annie's products! This mac and cheese is so delicious, I refuse to buy any other brand. The ingredients are simple and clean, mostly organic and offer full organic versions. No dyes or artificial flavors. I love how the pasta doesn't fall apart or get all squishy and stuck together. Nice fluffy pasta. The aged cheddar is sooo creamy and cheesy. I find that most store bought mac n cheese never has enough cheese - except this one! My favorite mac n cheese.
This is a pretty decent conditioner for how reasonably priced it is. Had the same signature scent all their products do which is a more perfume-like scent. The smell is really nice but sometimes I do find it a little overpowering - but I love how the scent stays in my hair. Gives my hair a nice shine but very few conditioners actually make my hair soft once it DRIES. I have extremely long thick, coarse, textured hair that unfortunately is a bit dry. Untangles my hair wonderfully though!
I love Avalon Organics! Always can trust this brand, amazing products. The lavender conditioner smells amazing and long lasting scent stays in my hair. Made with pure essential oil, all natural - no cheap, fake perfume-like scent. I have very long thick, coarse, textured hair that gets pretty dry easily. This conditioner coats my entire head of hair (which is a lot!) and I can actually see a difference the first use. I love having my shower & bathroom filled with pure lavender... so relaxing and calming in the morning! Safe to use with colored hair. Give my hair a beautiful shine and feels soft. Another thing I love about this brand is they source natural ingredients (plants, herbs, etc) that actually will help improve the quality of your hair and it's not just a quick fix! Nourishing, clean ingredients that make sense.
