Photographer, hairstylist, military wife, mom to two amazing littles and one perfect fur baby. I love trying the latest and greatest but also love the products that I've had in my purse, home, and life for many years all the same! Hair, makeup, cooking, organizing, and of course kids toys and games are the joy fillers of my days.
I really wanted to love this bar because... cookie dough!! However, I was a little disappointed. It was really sweet but almost overly so and you could definitely taste the artificial sweetener and it left a bad taste in my mouth. The texture was a bit off, almost chalky tasting but the macros on it are good.
Hands down my new favorite tea! The tea bags are large and enough to make 10-12oz without weakening the tea! It's the most perfect blend for your taste buds and even people who don't typically like tea would love this! It's a bit pricey which makes it hard for me to keep stocked in my pantry all of the time but if it was more affordable I would use it 100% of the time!
After moving to California, my hair become so dry and damaged but this helped immensely! It doesn't leave my hair oily or weighted down and helps smooth the dry ends to make my hair look healthy and shiny again! It's definitely something I'll keep on hand!
These taste great and the kids love them! The only flaw was that they are almost too soft and are VERY sticky. They make a mess with the kids and get stuck in the teeth and can be hard to chew because they just melt/stick together.
My husband tried this and it left his hair clumped together and then left dry flakes as he wore it throughout the day. It smelled good, so it got the second star but it's tacky and leaves too much build up. If you're looking for glue-like texture - this is it!
I was hoping for more with this product than what it did for my hair. I felt the product build up and for some reason just doubted it's true ability to really protect my hair from the heat. For the cost, I will definitely forgo it if I see it on the shelves and go with another brand.
For some reason, this smells a little weird to me. Maybe it's just the bottle I bought because usually Not Your Mother's products smell pretty good but I struggle with the smell on this one. It does help with frizz and is great for when you straighten your hair, just use it sparingly and don't spray it too close... let it mist over your hair.
I love the original Moroccanoil and we used it in the salon all of the time so I thought this would work equally well, but I was slightly disappointed. It did leave my hair feeling smooth but left it feeling like there was product built up on it, and a little greasy. I highly suggest going nowhere near your roots with this product. Concentrate it all in the ends of the hair!
The hold on this spray truly is strong but I'm not sure about the anti-humidity claim as it's been oddly overly humid here and my hair is still struggling even with this but it at least keeps it in place very well! And as always, Garnier - smells amazing!
