This little duo is great! Both products are VERY pigmented so be careful when you're putting your brush in! They're definitely buildable so I would suggest starting light and adding more if necessary. The weirdest thing is that this is a powder product, but it feels like a putty!! You can move the product in the pan and mold it back into place. WHAT?! 😱 No worries using this on top of powders though because it blends so beautifully and has a powder-finish like a normal blush or bronzer. This blush is a perfect pinky pop for the apples of my cheeks to give a bit of color. It also helps focus the light right in the center of my face
It wasn't until recently that I realized how awesome argon oil is for my hair. It makes it so soft and smooth and not frizzy, it's like a miracle product for my thick, long hair. I picked up this oil at a local drugstore a few months ago and I'm not even halfway through the bottle. I use this after I wash my hair. I'll towel dry it, and work about a dime size amount through my hair. I like to focus it on the middle section and all the way down to my roots. Then I'll use whatever is left over on my hands to run hough the hair near my roots. I'm telling you, even if you have thinner hair, you'll definitely notice a difference in how soft and smooth your hair is after using this oil!
Review for: Batiste Clean & Classic Original Dry Shampoo, 6.73 fl oz more...
I picked up this dry shampoo from my local drugstore and it's great! I have very thick hair that I only wash about 3x a week, so a good dry shampoo is a must! This does a fantastic job sucking up all of the excess oil. The only down side is that it will leave a white cast on your hair. But as long as you do a solid job massaging the product into your scalp, the white cast goes away with no problem. I'm also not the biggest fan of this scent, but the Fresh version makes my hair smell so clean! Definitely would repurchase!
I went on a Carnival cruise to the Bahamas with 6 other friends for one of my spring breaks in college. The cruise was so much fun - definitely a spring break that I won't forget. Everyone was super friendly and always helpful! I enjoyed talking to everyone to see where they were from; most crew members had such interesting stories! One major thing I did notice, however, was how dated the ship was. I believe it was built in the '70s and you could definitely tell.
The Royal Caribbean cruise I went on was AMAZING! I went with a group of about 20 people on the Enchantment of the Seas. The ship was an older ship, but you wouldn't have known it by just looking at it. It had just been renovated and was beautiful! I was so impressed with how friendly everyone on the crew was. They all definitely made my first cruise experience top notch and set the bar high for future cruises!
This mask looked like so much fun! I purchased this on the e.l.f. website and was so excited when it came in the mail. When I first used it I saw an improvement in my dark circles under my eyes immediately. It was so impressive!! Then when I used it more I no longer noticed a difference which was such a disappointment. This mask also smells super good which is awesome and the way the product dispenses is also very different (in a cool way!) from any other mask I've seen. But another thing is that I've never gotten this mask to apply evenly on my face. I've tried applying it with my fingers, with a brush, with the e.l.f. mask tool, but nothing has worked. I'll usually end up with bald patches on my cheeks, forehead, or chin. All in all this product has some great parts and some disappointing parts as well. Not worth it in my opinion.
I was looking for a highly rated, but still drugstore charcoal mask and found this one for ~$10 on Amazon. This mask is great! I feel like it really gets down into your pores and clears out all of the toxins! The mask dries faster in the areas where I have more oil (nose, chin, between my brows) and starts developing small darker dots. I think this is the magic of the charcoal acting as a magnet as it "pulls" toxins out of the skin. The only think I'm not such a fan of is how thick this mask is. I feel like I have to use a ton of product to cover my entire face. Because I have pretty normal skin and my cheeks aren't usually problem areas for me, I've started to only use this around my nose, on my chin, between my brows, and on the center of my forehead. I definitely have seen a difference in my skin when I use this multiple times a week!
I received a deluxe sample of this mask from Sephora for my birthday gift a few years ago. I'd heard amazing things about Fresh as a brand but never had the chance to try any products. This face mask was nice! It has a jelly-like consistency with real rose petals infused. It is so hydrating and gentle I like to alternate between using this really hydrating mask, and a more cleansing mask. It smells amazing - like roses! The scent is pretty heavy, but I usually don't mind heavily scented products. All in all, a wonderful, gentle, hydrating mask for those who may need a tad more moisture in their skin.
I bought this product for my sister for her birthday from Amazon. She has oily skin and LOVES trying out fun skin care products. I've heard amazing things about Glamglow masks and thought it was the perfect! We ended up using it together that night and it worked so well! It was a bit thick and chunky, but when it dried down it left small darker spots around my nose and chin - all of my oily areas! We washed the mask off, moisturized, and our faces felt AMAZING! We both were super happy. The next morning I woke up with a pretty nasty breakout on my chin (not from the mask, it was that time of the month). So after washing my face I spot treated my pimples with the mask, left it on for about 10 minutes, washed it off, and I was shocked because my chin immediately looked better! This stuff is amazing; the only thing is that it is a bit pricy but I think it's totally worth it. I'm even considering treating myself to a tub!
