We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Courtyard in Secaucus, NJ. Very clean, quiet, and the staff was incredibly kind. I accidentally left a pair of earrings behind, and they searched the room til they found them and held them for me to come pick up. It’s little things like that that I really appreciate!
Loved our stay! I stayed here with my parents for the first time this past winter, in Hoboken, NJ. The price was great, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The service was fantastic, and it’s a much swankier hotel than I had expected! I’m knocking off one star because NO amenities, not even in room WiFi, are included. In 2018, all hotels should at least have free WiFi.
I’ve only flown Southwest a couple times, but it’s no longer the cheapest option out there, especially for the places/times I typically travel. The free checked bags, though, are a major plus and sometimes make it worth it!
I avoid Spirit at all costs. Sure, the ticket is dirt cheap, but then expect to be treated like dirt. I’ve almost missed flights because of horrible customer service at the desk. On top of that, the planes are uncomfortable and the on board crew isn’t much better. I’d rather pay a little bit more and be treated well on another airline.
JetBlue is my favorite budget airline, by far. Comfy seats, good value, and great staff. Customer service has always been good, and I’ve never had a negative experience with them! I will always recommend JetBlue!
I have had great experiences with United! The seats are comfortable, and the flight crews are always friendly and helpful. I had a flight once from Newark to Cleveland that was unbelievably turbulent, and I was quite ill and they took such excellent care of me. I will never forget how well they handled that situation, and it sticks out in my mind as amazing service and true care for their passengers.
