Why me?! I ran out of tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer and had to resort to trying to find something up to par on a last minute target run. Picked this up in the shade light since I prefer yellow toned concealers. The product itself is much more neutral toned than the tube itself which sucks since the other shades were either too light or too dark. As far as the consistentcy goes it’s a medium thickness but sheers out once blended. No matter how much product I applied and how gently I blended it out the pigmentation just isn’t there for me. My dark circles were still showing through and it creased like crazy under my eyes and made me look tired and haggard even though I baked with translucent powder. I’ve since then only used this to clean up my brows. I can’t really say who I think this would work for and it was a bit pricey for drugstore concealer. I rather stick to my tried and true.
I do not recommend this product! The formula itself is runny and too emollient. It slides on the skin and disrupts any makeup you previously applied (so annoying). The smell is terrible and if that wasn’t enough, I broke out everywhere I applied it. I know I broke out from the highlighter because it was the only new product I tried on my face. Even though this was very cheap I regret purchasing and trying because my skin has taken so long to clear up after applying this only 1 time! Save your money and runnn if you have sensitive skin!
I’m the kind of girl who thinks shaving with your body wash is totally fine. I actually find shaving cream kind of unnecessary, that is until I tried this! I would have most likely never picked this up on my own so I’m thankful I received it in my #chicvoxbox to try out because I’m literally obsessed. You get the closest shave and my legs seem to stay smoother longer! I adore that it has no added fragrance since my skin is sensitive. Another plus is that it doesn’t clog your drain which is a problem I’ve encountered in the past with shaving creams. Highly recommend this even if you don’t have sensitive skin. Summer is coming and no one wants razor bumps or irritation visible anywhere!!
As I stated in my review for the accompanying shampoo sample, I have A LOT of hair. There was very little product in the packet and definitely not at all enough to saturate and condition my hair. I applied it to the small section of my hair that I previously used the Corresponding shampoo on. The scent literally makes me nauseous I prefer more fresh or floral scents as oppose to artificial and cloyingly sweet. The consistency is very watery, right off the bat I knew it wouldnt do a good job conditioning my color treated damaged hair.
First off I would like to mention that I have A LOT of hair! My review for this shampoo is based off using what little I could manage to extract from a small sample packet. Now having stated that let’s get into it. The shampoo is quite watery and has a cloyingly artificial fragrance, and although it’s suppose to nourish it literally stripped my hair. Well rather it stripped the small section I was able to apply it to. I would not recommend this for anyone with color treated hair or ingredient sensitivities.
This is a staple in my household. I’m definitely a whiskey kinda girl and Jameson is one of my faves. It’s smooth and mixes well with a variety of cocktails. Good value for the price, the best way to go is to get the handle from Costco.
I've used this for years! Cleans skin without the stripped feeling. Doesn't have any fragrance or irritants and does not make me break out. Sometimes simple is better! I will forever re-purchase this over and over again! I recommend this for any skin type even for oily or acne prone.
Tried and true! Love that it is fragrance free I've never had any irritation using this. I also actually recommend this if any other products have given you problems this will give your skin a break and help those blemishes calm down and heal. They also have an oil- control lotion and others for dermal concerns like excema.
I recieved this in the POSH vox box! The metal tip on the applicator is my favorite it really helps with de-puffing. As far as the product itself I have seen some improvement when I use it consistently. However given that it comes with a $65 price tag I tend to only use this when I really need it! Like before a major event or if I have to be at court extra early and want to look a little less panda and a little more bright eyed and bushy tailed. The gel cream is soothing and is a nice pick me up and treat when the time allows.
