I actually love the odd, thick texture of this foundation. You've got to work quickly though because it does stick and dry fast. It does leave a super soft, smooth appearance (and even touch). However, shade range is awful. Porcelain ivory was pure pink, and the next one up was pure orange on me. Some lighter neutrals would be great (and I'm sure the shades could be expanded on the other end of the spectrum as well).
This is simply just a solid foundation -- very dependable, with no crazy claims it doesn't uphold. It lasts around 7 hours in my experience, which is good enough for a work or school day. The color match is decent for me, but they could work on expanding shades and undertones. I don't find it hydrating though; and I know others have mentioned that the previous formulation was super hydrating and dewy.
Man I really wanted to like this but the transfer is off the charts. And that's not just immediately following application, even an hour later I will find it smudged on my clothes, other people, etc. I do love how light the formulation is though while still boasting a good amount of coverage (I'd say a strong medium)
As far as shade matching goes, this gets 5/5. I have a lot of trouble finding fair shades that don't have extremely yellow or orange tones to them. Coverage is definitely full while maintaining the "radiance" the foundation claims to have. I do get compliments on my skin (even though I have acne) when I wear this. However, up close, the foundation is definitely noticeable and a bit cakey on my skin.
