This made my curls look amazing after my hair dried. However, my head was pretty itchy. I used it a second time just to see if that was cause, and yes my scalp was itchy again. Also, it left a weird film on my hair and made my hair feel dried out (not moisturized). Also, my hair was pretty frizzy the next day, which I don't usually see when I use the coconut milk shampoo. I think I will not purchase this again and will go back to the coconut milk shampoo instead. Maybe I will just use the curls conditioner and not the shampoo.
In general I like this shampoo. It is definitely not drying. I have curly hair that tends to get damaged ends. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because my scalp gets greasy looking more quickly (the next day) after using this shampoo, while that does not happen with most other shampoos. This is sulfate-free so that is a plus when looking for curly hair care. I have repurchased this again.
I got the set of conditioner and shampoo for free to review. I did not like the shampoo. I feel like it was too drying. I had that too squeaky-clean feeling after washing with it and even though I used the conditioner, I had to use leave-in conditioner as well. I would not purchase this shampoo. I have curly hair and use sulfate-free shampoo typically anyway.
I have curly hair that was pretty dry and damaged. I used this after getting my hair trimmed and with the trim and the conditioner, my hair has transformed nicely. I have used this conditioner twice so far since receiving it for free to review and I like how bouncy my curls are, It does not have a strong perfumey smell so that is a good thing.
This is good. It has a light flavor and is good as an iced tea because of the fruity coconut notes. It was actually pretty difficult to find this flavor but eventually I found it at Christmas Tree Stores. It is inexpensive. It does not seem to be highly caffeinated.
Not sure why this is for a 1000 tea bag product, but I am only reviewing the actual tea here. This is a strong bergamot flavor so I mainly made this into iced tea, and it is very good. I did not like this hot because of how strong the bergamot is. I probably would not repurchase this.
Ours broke- specifically the plastic ring right underneath the top of the mug. Then Aladdin sent us a replacement, and the new one broke in the exact same spot. Other than that, the mug is okay. I would not buy the same type of mug from this company, unless they change the design. I like the customer service though.
I have a few, and have been using these for years. They are virtually indestructible. You can drop it on rocks while hiking and it does not dent like stainless steel bottles can. The wide mouth allows you to add ice, and lets you clean it really easily with a bottle brush. I sometimes put iced tea in these, and they do not retain the flavors. I have even put iced coffee and almond milk in them, no flavors are retained. I always bring at least one with me on vacations, and keep refilling them to carry around on walks around town, hiking, shopping, or whatever. The wide mouth makes it a bit difficult to drink from while in the car, or bus, so I bought a splash guard accessory that makes it easier to drink from it. These are also completely leak proof as long you make sure the cover is on tightly. I just throw it in my work bag without worrying about it leaking. I like the 32 ounce capacity. These come in a lot of colors but I tend to get the lighter colors so you can inside better to make sure it is clean. NOTE: do not put one of these in the freezer if it is full because it will expand and warp. I also do not put it in the dishwasher, but sometimes I remove the cap and put that in the dishwasher- top rack only, (I had a cap melt in the bottom rack). These are inexpensive and last forever, so just get one. They sell them at EMS, Target, REI, or the Nalgene website too.. they are pretty easy to find these days.
I just bought one of these at the Christmas Tree Shop.. It was about 50% less than the retail price I have seen elsewhere. I also just saw them at TJ Maxx. The ones with the circles cut out of the silicon are being discontinued, and the new ones have a different shape cut out. Anyway, if you can find one of the older models on sale then get one now while you have the chance, otherwise they are too expensive for what it is. It is a glass jar/ bottle with a silicon sleeve. I got one with the cover that does not have a spout or a straw, because I wanted it to be leak-proof, which it is. The only issue I have found is that water seems to drip down the side after I remove the cover. But while the cover is actually on, it is leak-proof. The cover is easy to hold because of the handle. It comes in lots of cute colors. Oh, and do not drop it, it was break since it is glass. So far I have only put water in it. I plan on only putting cold drinks in this, not hot tea, etc.
