I'm a college student, a school counselor, and now a first time blogger! I LOVE make up, especially finding great deals at the drugstore! I can't wait to share my passion with everyone :D Follow me @DonnaRojXO on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Blogger, and Instagram!
This foundation was my first absolute love department store foundation. Did I mention it's also cruelty free??? I had a hard time finding a full coverage foundation, but I finally found one! This foundation has a lot of oils in it, so if you have dry skin, this foundation is for you. If you have oily skin, then you're really going to need to set it with a powder. Stop by Sephora, get yourself a sample, and try it out! Follow me @DonnaRojXO for more reviews!!
This is such a great foundation!!! This foundation is medium coverage, but can easily be added up to a full coverage. This foundation does go on dewey, so if you're looking for a matte finish, you have to set it with powder, otherwise it will most likely move a little. This foundation has such a wide shade range, but go ahead and talk to an Estee Lauder consultant at Macy's and get yourself matched. Ask for a free sample and see if this is the right foundation for you! I love this foundation, and I'm sure you will too :)
This is a really good floss to use. When I had braces, I went through a lot of floss trying to get around my brackets, and this was a really great buy. The flavor was good, and it wasn't too strong. The floss is pretty affordable, which is great for someone who goes through a lot of it.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this hairspray! It smells so amazing; nothing like the chemical spray that many other hair sprays smell like. It was great lasting power, and it doesn't leave your hair feeling hard. It really keeps your curls in tact that day and even the next! I love it; it's a great buy if you're looking to try a high-end hair spray but not sure which one to go for.

If you're looking to get into the "soft brown" Urban Decay Naked palette scheme, this a great palette to try! The browns in this palette are soft; nothing too intense. The shimmers are great; pigmented and easy to pick up. I like to use the soft colors over my lid, and use the darker colors to smoke out my crease to give it a little dimension. If you want to try a smokey eye, go ahead and add and a little bit of the darker shades along your lash lines. A good, soft, brown is a great way to ease into the "smokey eye" look without going too drastic with the black. Great save on cash, well worth the $15. I bought mine from ULTA in one of the "buy one, get one free" sales and picked up a few other Makeup Revolution palettes as well :)
I started using this bronzer after my sister kept raving about this bronzer, and how much she loved it. I never really understood why she kept talking about this bronzer, over and over. So finally I budged and I bought it.The price stopped me initially. It's a pretty steep prize to pay for a drugstore product. But I waited for a coupon at Walmart and went for it.When I first got the bronzer myself, and actually swatched it, I wasn't too excited about the pigmentation. It's not really pigmented, but it's build-able. It also has a nice shine / glow to it. Once I started using the product, the strong scent of it threw me off. It smells almost like a coconut or tropical scent. But once you get used to the scent, you won't even notice it anymore. One thing I should really mention: it's extremely fragile! I accidentally dropped it on my carpet floor and the bronzer shattered completely within its packaging. Bottom line: If you're looking for natural bronzer, this is a good step! The glow definitely looks natural. If you're looking for a strong pigmentation payout, this may not necessarily satisfy you.
Ever wondered what a good nude drug-store lipstick looks like? Check out this NYX Butter Lip Stick in the shade Pops! It is such a natural looking shade; it totally blends in to my natural lip color. If you've head the phrase "your natural color but better," this lipstick literally is the definition of that phrase! Definitely try this out; you will not be disappointed!
If you're looking for a silicone type of primer, the ELF primer is definitely one to look out for! It compares to the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer and the NYX Photo Loving Primer. All have a silicone feel; this means that it will cover your pores and leave your skin feeling matte. Keep in mind that this primer may clog your pores; just make sure to wash your face that night and you'll be fine :)
