I used this as more preventative measure for stretch marks. It seemed to work as I didn’t have new marks. It was actually a bit expensive, but I would purchase again. It went on very smooth and soaked into your skin. I would definitely purchase again.
I wish I would have found this sooner with my first! It softens the mucous and I use every time prior to using the bulb syringe or NoseFreida. It helps get more mucous and soften, so it’s not so intense in my kids. Highly recommend and you can pick up pretty much wherever they have a children’s medical section.
Love! If it’s within your budge and you’re looking to increase the intensity of your workouts go with this! I purchased at a local fitness shop for $75 and they showed me a few new moves. Great to elevate your feet got planks or give you a bit of “resistance” with squats as you’re trying to balance.
Run out and buy this now! The saline is amazing at softening, so it’s easier to get the mucus out. The nose freida sounds so gross, but works amazing and it’s just something you stick into the nostril so less irritating to your little. There is no way you will suck any into your own mouth because there is a small tube that has a filter you change each time! Highly recommend and would absolutely purchase again.
Avoid the kit and just buy the saline by itself. The saline is amazing especially if your little has more of a crusted nose. The little ball syringe doesn’t have enough suction, so it did nothing! I bought this at Walgreens for about $7 and would not purchase again.
These are my go to bottles, because they are fairly inexpensive and are very durable. The bottles we have last several years. The kid holds tight as well as the spout, so no spilling issues. My only problem is cleaning the ridges of the cap, but as long as you have a smaller (thin) utensil you’re good! I bought at local grocery store for about $4.
I run into issues with cleaning the rubber/plastic mouth guard. I keep a spare one, or I run into mild issues, so it’s kind of a pain to switch it out. I use this daily, and have no issues with leaking. It does sweat when you add ice cubes, so that makes a bit of a mess.
By far my favorite mixer bottle. It is super convenient to store powder! The mixer at the top blends everything really well, so I don’t have chunks of powder. My only issue would be cleaning, so you need a smaller cleaning utensil to get in some of the ridges. I picked up at my local nutrition shop for $6.
Great and versatile option. I use this on various exercise fir each upper body group as well as the majority of lower body (I’d recommend getting a figure 8 style band for gluts and inner/outer thigh). This band has lasted me approximately two years before I notice a bit of stretch (less resistance), but it’s still in good condition. I ordered on Amazon as a set with various colors/resistance levels.
