It is easy to open the can, just use a can opener then I can make my favorite enchiladailas chicken for the whole family. I do a mild fry for the flour tortilla. Next I prepare my cooked chicken with the red sauce add shredded cheese, and olives on top of enchiladas. Then I put the enchiladas in the oven for 30 minutes so that cheese can melt. You can also use this sauce on soups, stews, casseroles, and even used as a dip or braising liquid for meats. Try it sometime, you won't be disappointed.
