I liveeeeee by Midol when on my cycle , okay ! I usually only need 1 dose when im feeling cramps or just straight PMS! if you know you know! The capsule isn’t big at all! And there isnt a bad taste or after taste! I have been usuing midol for years. My mom has 6 girls and we literally keep them on hand. I also have a bottle in my purse just in case

Great product and works quick it last me all day without any issues I am sensitive to caffeine so with this being caffeine free is always a plus the size of these pill are a little big but not so bad and it’s much cheaper than buying a heating pad and walking around with it all day.
