This product is very helpful for elderly and for people who have had recent medical conditions. Very easy to assemble as everything needed comes in the package, very simple to adjust to toilet. The handles have a very firm grip so no struggles when getting up.

What a lifesaver this toilet rail system is for the elderly or anyone who needs help getting up and down off a toilet! Shockingly sturdy, but had to tighten the seat screws with a wrench instead of hand tightening (as advised by the affinity toilet seat instructions). This caused the bottom of the screw washer/grip to break off, but worth having to use a wrench later for removal to have the seat stay stable. Wish they'd make a version where the front support went to the floor instead of under the seat. It would be more sanitary, but the product is still great as is, it'll just require ocd cleaning

I’ve been pretty impressed. They were super easy to set up. Just remove the toilet seat, place the handles, and screw it all back together with no tools needed.
