The taste was actually pretty good, i thought i would hate them but I love them. The energy isnt something crazy but its enough where you dont get the shakes. The texture is perfect and isnt hard or too chewy. I only got these because the package caught my eye. Also I didnt get a gross feeling after eating them, usually my digestive system hates new things.

Easy and quick to access. I love the taste . I have a pack in purse for emergencies. Take one before and after any type of physical tough activity. I feel fine .
