There are not very many options for full-fat natural yogurts in my area. I like the quality of Fage yogurts. They are always so thick and tangy. I also like the little paper that goes over the top of the yogurt.

there are very few accessible lactose-free low-sugar dairy yogurt products, but here enters one!! i’ve purchased them at target & publix. costs a bit more, but reasonably priced given very few available options in grocery stores 🤍

I love the 0% milk fat version, it was recommended to me by my nutritionist. It has the least amount of sugar in the market and I love the tangy taste.
