Used this consistently for 3 years due to getting pregnant back to back with 3 babies in 3 years. I feel like I can leave an honest review. This stuff is amazing. I feel like it smells like cookies! Yummm! It also doesn’t taste bad so never feared it could possibly make my babies create an aversion to my nipple. I would use it before a feed, after a feed, and even when I was on my period. My breasts get sensitive during my period and I personally felt it helped with pain while baby ate. Good to use also when pumping! It helped me ease discomfort.
