It glides on smoothly but has enough stiffness to create hair-like strokes. Plus, it stays put all day long whiteout fading. As the name says this is the perfect brow pencil. It glides on smooth and it very pigmented. The pencil is easy to control and apply the perfect strokes. It lasts all day and easily removes with a make up wipe. Highly recommend.
