Everything here is cheap and disposable. I know how hard it is to say no to something cute and trendy, especially if it's only 12.99. unfortunately, we pay the ultimate price in the long run. these cheap clothes do not last, and create a further need for more clothes. we become wasteful, greedy, and consumerist, instead of stylish. In addition to causing inflation in our economy, stores like forever 21 kill all creativity and production. designers do not deserve to have their styles ripped off and sold for cheap. people who work hard to create clothes lose their jobs. if you have any respect for fashion, for others, and for yourself, save your money to buy something you really want.
Sorry Hedi, but its just not the same without Yves! I loved the wide-brim hats last year, but the fringed leather is just not cutting it. I have a pair of rive gauche pants that fit me as if they were made specifically for me to wear. I love that about YSL. The Tribtoo pumps I have are also amazing, classic and timeless. So if you can get real Yves Saint Laurent, grab it up! But the new St. Laurent line is a bit mauvais ton.
Shopbop is my go-to place for shopping, and not just online. They have a huge collection of clothes, all of which fit my style perfectly. I also love their lookbooks. Even if I don't buy anything, the look books give me great ideas on what to wear if I'm having fashion brain-freeze. Their price range is very wide as well, $50 tops to $900 herve leger dresses. They have it all! Their shipping is one of the best of all the online retailers I have tried. Free 3-day shipping, and often they rush it so you'll get your purchase by the end of the week. Excellent customer service too, gave me price adjustments when they items I ordered went on sale after I bought them. Definitely recommend, I haven't found anything better out there!
