Hey Guys! My name is Kristen, I am from Raleigh NC and I am 28 years old. I would say my aesthetic is a nerdy dog mom who likes art and everything beauty related. I love sampling new products, I feel like I’m a self taught skincare and beauty expert, haha. I am always on Sephora buying a new product whenever it comes out, I am always up to date with what brands are doing, and writing reviews for everything I try. I know I sound a little beauty obsessed but I love it. I’m glad to be an Influenster and ready to try and review products!
This Blush is a great contender for drug store blushes, it’s a part of the famous FIT me line which is full of great products. The setting Powder is my holy grail, and this one would be too if it had the shade I wanted. They have some that are close, but I am also really picky. All in all silky smooth texture and buildability
This powder is my holy grail for pressed foundations. I use it every single routine to set my face. It gives me that extra coverage without looking cakey at all. When I’m having a no makeup makeup day, I can wear this alone and it smooths me out. It stands up with luxury brands for sure. Highly recommend.
I love this foundation so much. The original Fit Me is one of my holy grails, and I review A LOT of makeup products. What I love about the Dewy is just that! It makes my skin look supple and glowing, even with powder on! The application is flawless and it has a long wear time. I would highly recommend using the Maybelline hydrating primer, it really gives your skin a perfect base for this foundation. The only con I could say is that if you have very oily skin, I would go with the original, but thankfully they are right next to one another. All in all this is a perfect summer foundation.
PS. I almost forgot, IT HAS SPF. That’s so awesome. It doesn’t effect the formula at all either.
I love these so so much. The pigments give you pay off, perfect blend of shimmers/mattes, and the color stories are perfect to make a variety of looks. These are definitely the best drugstore eyeshadow palettes on the market. Highly recommend
I love this lipstick. When I first saw it I thought it would be a really glossy “liptar” like vibe and that’s exactly what it was. The pigment is amazing, the application is very seamless (love the applicator), and it has a pretty long wear time without drying down. The shade range is awesome I just love this formula and want them to make 100 more colors. Highly recommend!!!
I enjoyed this liquid highlighter. Most of the time I don’t use liquid highlighters because 1. It’s useless to use under Powder, and 2. If you do use it on top or powder, it will pick up all of your makeup under it. THIS ONE DOESNT DO THAT! It blends in beautifully with a beauty sponge. This would also be great mixed into foundation or a B.B. cream if you’re just wearing I alone for a beautiful glow. Only con is that I wish there was an in between shade between light and medium, because the medium is pretty dark.
I love this lipstick a lot. Maybelline makes amazing formulas. What I really like about this is that it’s a matte formula but it’s SO silky smooth. The color selection is beautiful and I would totally buy more colors.
This was the hardest to apply liquid lip I’ve ever put on. A lot of it has to do with the long fat tip the applicator had. It was useless. I have a pointy Cupid’s bow and it was impossible to be even a little precise. Also, you have to apply the thick coats for it to be opaque. Not going to lie though, I loved the look once I finally got it on. Just change the applicator!
I LOOOOOOOOVE this liquid lipstick. I think it’s the best formula on the market, and to top it off, they are only 6 dollars! The legendary formula comes in a TON of shades from nudes, pinks, reds, plums, and even bold colors like blue and black! I am obsessed. Trap, the color shown is my favorite everyday lip, it’s a beige, gray, lavender nude and I love it. Highly recommend to anyone.
I liked the lipstick, the color selection is pretty, it isn’t patchy at all, and I like the applicator. The cons to this product are 1. It dries down to a very dry result and that is a pet peeve to me. After about it hour it starts to flake off and looks silly. Also it is difficult to take off. I recommend olive or coconut oil.
