I was very excited to be invited to the Covergirl LashBlast Mascara Campaign as a BzzAgent for this free CoverGirl lashblast fusion 860 very black to test and write review to bzz from my experience on using it.
Great applicator, easily separates any clumps (all mascara will clump to a degree, just nature of mascara) It worked okay on my short, straight and thin lashes! It really did not give them length, although not as much volume after 2 apply. not much help to curl my lashes. I love it's rubber brush with so many bristles wand.
I'm very fair and I thought this color might be lighter, but it is hard to tell by a picture on a computer screen. I wanted a color slightly darker than my lip's natural color. No. 555 is more dark mauve and in the wine family. Very pretty color, but I just wish it were more neutral. I only reapplied the clear top coat during the day a few times. The color was still there after a 10 hour work day.
Theses are beautiful eyeshadows. They are highly pigmented and I didn't notice any fallout. They are not chalky at all and last without any problem. I did expect the shades to a bit lighter and that kinda bothered me but that's just my personal preference and differences in computer images. I read there are a coupe dupes in this palette for MAC eyeshadows and that's always fun . This is a great formula and if you like lavendar / purple shades then this palette is for you. I paid a little less tan $6 for this and I did notice later that they have them on the Walmart website for $3.50. So I'd just check there first. You may be able to still find this palette in some stores for around $5. All in all this is a great palette and a decent price for what you get.
I am loving this palette! Very pigmented. Has some fallout, but that's ok, with the right brush these blend like a dream. The colors pop on my brown eyes! I received on a Sunday, have been using everyday since ... great everyday palette. I have several high end palettes, Naked 1, 2 and 3, Vice, etc., I reach for this and my Sephora brand palettes the most.
I have EXTREMELY oily skin so everything I use gets a bit greasy and cakey by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised with this foundation. I applied it with a stippling brush and still got really good coverage. Not quite full but definitely more than medium. It covered my acne scars and left the active ones looking only a tap bit gray before using concealer. The finish is demi-matte. Looks like natural skin but still helped with oil control. I got good wear and it did not oxidize. It was so much better than Maybelline Fit Me Poreless and I'm surprised more people don't talk about it.
For the price this foundation is amazing. i,m a super pale girl and it covers the large majority of all my imperfections obviously is theres a pea sized hill on your forehead you want to add a concealer with this but absolutely great stuff. it sets really well, but as always if you decide to add blush concealer etc etc, you're gonna want to add in a setting spray. sits over the top of your spf sunscreen well. heres a little before and after
