Depending on how full your milk bags are, there’s definitely no way to fit 25 in this holder. My bags usually average between 4-6oz, and even with trying to push as much air out and laying them flat as possible. I still probably get about 10 at Max to fit in the holder. That being said, it was very convenient to use this in our inside fridge , for milk that would be used fairly soon. Kept it organized an semi separate from all the freezer foods. I’d imagine it’d work better with just refrigerated milk and not frozen
