Review for Redken Pillow Proof Blow Dry Two Day Extender Dry Shampoo - 6 months, 3 weeks ago

I bought a deluxe sample size of this @ Ulta. I emded up buyi g 3 more cans on cleance somewhere recently.  The 1 from ULTA, I really liked/had a good experience with. It does allow me to go an extra day, maybe 2. But I noticed with my new cans, it seems to make my already super thin/volumless hair more limp/flat and weigh it down. I liked that it did not leave a visible white residue. I liked that it doesn't smell awful. I liked that it gave me an extra day or 2. But for around $20/can I have definitely used better for the same price or cheaper! Klorane is my favorite. I'd give this a 3.5/4  tops if I could. I just done understand how my 1st exleriences were good and recent experience were not. I also noticed that recent cans, I had to use almost half a can to get it to work but then obviously my hair was weighed down by product...

Review for: NP-1 more...
I got this foundatuon and the pore one on the same day at Kohls. I was hoping to love 1 or both... I really was not impressed. This one has a dewy finish and might even make people with oily skin feel more oily. I usually try applying foundation 3 ways- finger, brush, beauty blender. This applies best with fingers and maybe blend the edges of face and into neck. Cons of this product- clogs my pores (but most foundations do), it's a lighter to medium coverage and isnt too buildable so without concealer people can still see age spots/imperfections. I also do not like the way it sits on my skin. It makes me look older. I was hoping that the creamy, almost moisturizing, texture/formula would help my dry winter skin and fine lines. It definitely settles into the dry skin and fine lines and I notice is the most around my mouth/cheeks. Pros- love the packaging- the twist open top is a genius concept, the color np1 and np2 are an amazing match for fair people. I definitely recommend this one over the lorac sheer pore-fessional (pretty sure thats what its called, that one is horrible).

Review for: ORIGINAL more...
As most other reviewers have mentioned, this is by far the best dry shampoo compared to ones in the same price range. I've literally tried every dry shampoo on the low price range and the high. This product does leave quite a bit of white. I have a blonde balayage and you can really see the white where my darker/light brown is! I can go about an extra 2 days without washing. (I'll wash one night before work, be fine day 1, need it day 2, and if I use day 3 even 4 I can probably make it 3-4 days tops.)  This also seems to give my very thin, fine hair a little bit of volume. It does make it feel a little dry though, but so do most of other dry shampoos.  For $6.99 @ shaws, I love it because, as I said, I have tried all the low price ones (and higher) and this beats them all. Next I want to try is the blonde colored Batiste.  My all time favorite is Klorane!

Review for: Dolce Pink, Berry Amore more...
I have both Berry Amore and Dolce Pink and both could pass as the $30+ Nars "oGasm' blush- and this product is about $8-12. Easy to blend, pigmented, Buildable color, Great price. Always been a fan of milani. And as other reviewers have mentioned- I have had mine 'for a long time' (too long lol) and use it a lot and have not even made a dent!  My 2 colors are shimmery. I keep seeing people say there is glitter in the blush. I don't know what they're talking about. There definitely is SHIMMER in the blush but I wouldnt go as far as saying it's glitter. Unless the glitter has been chopped and milled so much that it is now...not glitter- but shimmer lol.

I received this as my Sephora birthday gift for 2017. It seems that I am in the 1% that just is not a fan lol. I don't like the way it applies. Heavy handed and you end up looking like a clown, especially with this color. I would not buy unless I got to search another color or 2 in store. My experience has been- a small swirl and tap off excess, and it is so super pigmented that it's just too much. But if I don't do a full swirl, it seems to be too lacked that it won't go onto the brush. Pros- high pigmentation, lasts forever, good ingredients. Cons- everything I said in my review portion plus price.

Review for: NARS Orgasm Blush Orgasm 0.16 oz/ 4.8 g more...
At first I really could NOT see spending $30 on blush! The price is it's only downfall. But the color literally looks good on all skin tones. I feel anyone, any hair color, skin color etc can wear this. It is shimmery but not over the top. It's a subtle shimmer.  It's not super pigmented but can be layered for more color. I usually buy one a year and it lasts, though I alternate with Milani and Revlon color dupes or my physicians formula blush when my skin needs a break.

Review for: Light more...
I would give this 5 stars but it makes me breakout/clogs pores! Plus, I have to buy light for the summer and fair for the winter, but that's not their fault. The price is semi high for how much you get. This would probably be better for dry to combo skin because it does leave a dewy feel/finish. But sometimes it can end up feeling like you have too much on or I feel oily and I don't even have oily skin! A setting powder does the trick but I tend to stay away from those because of my fine lines. I reccomend applying with an it cosmetics brush or your fingers and blog with a beauty blender. This CC cream (it's a color corrector wish the It cosmetics rep. from ULTA told me is just a fancy word for FOUFOUNDATION lol) is pretty great and worth the hype that it's been getting from beauty blogggers. I wish they made one without the spf because I am pretty sure that the spf ingredient is what's causing me to breakout. Don't get me wrong, this and NARS Sheer glow are the 2 that I wear.

Review for: Creamy Natural more...
All the Loreal infallible foundations live up to the hype. I worked at cvs when the infallible line came out and tried it right away. This one is a dewy finish which I thought would look better than the matte. It is more for dry to combo skin. I think it would be too greasy for only skin. It's a medium to full coverage. I am still in love with the matte version but that one did kind of make my fine lines appear worse, which is why I tried this kind. This one isn't much better but I do like the glow versus the matte.

Review for: PS2 (light) more...
I would give this a 2.5 but cant. I have combination skin but mostly dry in the massachusetts winters.. I picked this up, plus another lorac foundation at kohls. Both sit funny on my skin. I had read great reviews in this and heard good things but it just does not look good on my skin. I've tried moisturizer, exfoliating, moisturizer, plus a face primer and nothing helps. I thought since this was a 'sheer' foundation it would be, sheer, and have a natural look yet cover some Imperfections. It covers and is not really on the sheer side. The color range is great but I'm one of the few people who has dry skin and problem areas that this seems to accentuate. I've tried a beauty blender, a brush, my fingers, everything...it's just not for me, I guess. Very sad!
