I keep these at home and the office when I need a quick snack. If you work out at any level having the extra protein in your diet is a good thing, and these taste good and helps keep the edge off.

These bars make a great meal replacement or snack for those on the go. I love the Dark Chocolate Mint flavor. I pack these with me and take them everywhere that I go. I am not usually a fan of these types of products but this one is great. Craving one right now.

I don't normally eat protein bars but I have before. I had the yogurt peanut crunch flavor and it just seemed really tough to bite down on. Not for me!
