This is fantastic for when you are dehydrated. I keep it on hand. I love the flavor. It tastes wonderful and works quickly. Inexpensive. Great even after hard workouts.

i work long shifts that don’t allow me to hydrate very well. i can go twelve hours with only two sips of water and two cups of coffee. that being said, i’m also a hydrate/liquid iv packets/giant water jug girlie as best as i can be. if you want something to help you stay hydrated, keep your electrolytes balanced (especially if you take medications that make you pee a lot—i’m looking at the adhders, or drink lots of coffee) and tastes good, this is the way to go!

Whenever I am sick, and can't keep any food or drinks down, I ALWAYS turn to pedialyte for hydration! This cherry punch flavor is so GOOD! I was completely surprised how much I love it! This flavor is one of my favorite and my.kids enjoy too! I would definitely recommend..
