Just started taking these. I have horrible cramps and mood swings every month so I’m hoping it helps. They aren’t really gummy. More like a dissolvable chew. They taste like candy. Will update further if they help! I have seen many mixed reviews. Also I found these at Marshall’s for $12 as opposed to the $40 online!

The dissolution easy, excellent formulation because all of I need it, you will feel the difference the very first week. Texture very good, super effective
