I use this for achy muscles and my feet. Soothing in a nice hot bath to relax! Dissolves easily and it comes in a large bag. Great product and well worth the price!

I have been using Dr. Teals epsom salt for a couple years now. I recently tried the wellness therapy one and absolutely love it!! My body has been aching and I was extremely soar from the gym and police academy but this definitely helps my recovery. Mixing this one with the lavender sleep one is my go 2 combo before bed. Adding a cup of each and soaking for 30 minutes is the best remedy before bed. I highly recommend this for any athletes or anyone who is suffering from soar achy bones. I have bought several times now and even keep a back up.
