My eyelashes are a crucial part of my makeup routine, so I tend to rate mascaras very harsh. I LOVE the packaging; it feels heavy and of good quality and the detail is just amazing. I love the brush, and I love the way the bristles separate all my lashes - but not the way a silicon brush would. My lashes look and feel feather light....almost "fuzzy." Personally, I like to have a LOT more length, however this gave amazing volume. I think too much volume and not enough length just kind of throws me off but I'll definitely keep using it and probably just hit my lashes with a coat of Benefit's newest BadGal mascara to add some length.
I'm a huge sucker for mascara, and I think the original BadGal mascara was the first high-end I ever tried. I loved how voluminous and lush my eyelashes looked! This is definitely that older formula on steroids though. They ditched the old-school bore-bristle and opted for a long, silicone brush who's spokes get longer the closer to the base of the wand. It gives amazing lift and definition and is SO black!! It doesn't smudge throughout the day, but the first few times you use it it is a bit watery-er than other mascaras but it thickens up over time.
I love this! I am in love with the bum bum cream, the body spray, body wash, and lip balm (I sound like a maniac, I know), and I've always wanted them to come out with a hand cream that was a bit more emollient and convenient to travel with. It has that same amazing scent and it adds lots of moisture to my super dry hands.
At first I wasn't sure how to feel about this. It seems very expensive for what is it, and it doesn't really lather up that well either. It does smell amazing and it actually makes my skin's texture much smoother over time, and when I stop using this I notice a huge difference.
Review for: Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Body Fragrance Mist 8.1 oz/ 240 mL more...
I haven't used any other perfume or body spray since I discovered this. I love that they made it in a travel size and wish they'd come out with a roller ball too! This is such a nice sweet, yet mature scent that is in no way overpowering. It compliments any lifestyle and profession really well. The packaging is also very well thought out.
I picked up the travel size of this on a whim (the price seems a bit up there for a very small container), but one whiff of this stuff and I HAD to buy it. This smells better than any Victoria's Secret or Bath & Body Works lotion, and makes me skin so soft. I definitely want to get the full size so i can use it all over my body, but I worry since it's $45...
I can recall a time not to long ago, when I was OBSESSED with everything EOS. While they've made some awesome changes in the recent past, this balm just didn't cut it for me. It feels very heavy and waxy, and wears on the lips more paste-like. The scent is just okay too...
I have loved these since they first came out a little over a year-ish(?) ago! They glide on so smoothly and are supposed to leave just a little but of color...though if you'r medium-to-dark skin-toned, these don't show really at all. They smell good but I feel that once the oil fades away my lips are hard and dry.
I have this in both the original mint flavor, and then the holiday Sugar Plum flavor. I personally prefer the sugar plum flavor because it has a purple hue that leaves behind a nice stain. This scrub is more of a butter-consistency (like actual warm butter haha, that's the only way I can describe it) and the sugar granules do a great job of lifting away dead skin. It does leave behind a hydrating film though which feels kind of weird at first.
I received this from a brand rep at work about a year ago and I haven't gone without it since. I had dyshidrodic eczema, so my nails are constantly weak and tend to peel quite often. I wear this during heavy breakouts around my cuticles and under my nails just to keep my nails from splitting from the swelling and it seriously helps them stay strong and keep from breaking!
