Food and beverages I buy for my diet. Some of these I drink/eat as pre and post workout snacks. Ever since I changed my diet, I've felt more energized and my hair, skin, & nails have looked so much better. Somethings I subsitute for example instead of drinking whole milk I drink Almond milk. Or instead of eating a regular tortilla I eat a cauliflower tortilla... After years of working out I learned eating healthy is the key to getting the results you want. It's hard in the beginning but you'll see results if you stick to a healthy diet! #HealthyEating
