Holy grail hair serum! Moisturises and protects, lasts ages, non-greasy on my unruly hair! Conditions and leaves my coloured naturally curly hair looking shiny and healthy. Helps protect from heat when straightening. Switched to this from Tony & Guy about 4 years ago and haven’t looked back!
I’ve tried both velvet teddy and soar in the matte lipstick range. Both colours suit my skin tone perfectly and make great everyday shades. Easy to apply, even colour, no sparkle. Would love it to be a little more moisturising and long lasting, but for the price, I think it’s a great brand with excellent colour selection. MAC Cosmetics Matte Lipstick
Review for: Nuxe Reve De Miel Lip Moisturizing Stick more...
Bought together with same brand hand cream. Trying to move away from petroleum based lip balms, I picked this up. I have found transition easy, lips have felt moisturised despite the cold weather. It is long lasting with a nice fragrance and makes a good base before applying lipstick. The only thing I don’t like is the shape it is cut into! It is raised in the middle and slides at either side. I’d find it much easier to apply if it were like lipsticks with one side sloped to cover lips more accurately.
I’ve written to Father Christmas asking for this! I was quite sad the day it ran out! It is quite possibly the most luxurious product I have been lucky enough to use. The fragrance is heavenly, the ingredients top quality and organic, it is a real treat to massage into skin after cleansing. I felt that my skin tone became more even and I received a lot of compliments from family friends saying I looked well (perhaps a coincidence but am yet to find a cheaper alternative that takes away my dull complexion!) Expensive, but justified, I really think this is a case where you get what you pay for.
I was intrigued by this eye cream due to its light texture. Having tried other creams before and finding them too rich or difficult to absorb, this is a welcome addition to my routine. Nice ball applicator (though would love it if it were metal and not plastic) and a light texture, this eye cream hydrates well and absorbs quickly. Not for dark circles, but for hydration and fine lines!
This summer I suffered from blemishes and congestion and tried this mask. This really was a big mistake on my part as I strongly recommend it isn’t used on sensitive skin. In its attempt to dry out spots and blemishes it went on to dry out my healthy skin, leaving it feeling tight, tender and a little red. I’m sure that this mask is great for oily skin types as I definitely felt it working, but this review really serves to remind me that my dry and sensitive skin really benefits from oils and not clay minerals.
This has become a holy grail product which will always be in my bathroom cabinet. It gets regular use from me, but it really comes into its own in winter months when my skin suffers the most. Discovered this in an Estée Lauder summer box with lots of other brands and it really stood out as a special product. Easy to apply, has a soothing texture and calming fragrance, ingredients are excellent and don’t cause congestion. A must try for sensitive and dehydrated skins looking for a moisture boost!
Lovely, calming face mask. Part of Lush’s fresh collection, it is best stored in the fridge. My dry and sensitive skin felt immediately calmed and soothes on application. On removal skin looked hydrated with a more even skin tone. Only negatives are due to its chunky texture and fresh nature; it isn’t easy to apply and doesn’t last long. Hated having to throw some of it away a few weeks later.
