I would buy so many more bars if it were just a little more affordable. Such high protein content, little sugar, and amazing taste. It's so good for on the go. Like I said though, just a little too expensive.
I would like less sugar in this, even if it were less sweet. With that said I ate a lot of these in the early days of breastfeeding my son, so I didn't care about the sugar content. I don't eat them as much anymore because of that.
I like this as an alternative to regular chips because it has mind fiber. I try to stay away from foods that have a lot of oil in it, but sometimes I want something crunchy (I have not achieved this level of crunchy with anything homemade).
A good replacement for sour cream. Depending on what I'm having that week I will get myself the lower fat version and higher fat for my son. My favorite way to eat it is to mix with peanut butter, a little honey, and pour in a pie crust made from oat flour & coconut oil. Delicious!
These worked just as well as other brands I used. I only used free samples of other brands before needing to get more (I received A LOT when I was pregnant). When I finally had to go to the store to buy some, up&up was much cheaper than the others. They worked just as well!
I find that any brand that wasn't ziplock had a really bad smell to it and would transfer onto the food--until I found up&up at Target, which is great because they are much cheaper. Target is easy to get sales onto. I usually wait until there is a sale, plus one or more coupons and I stock up!
