I work part-time as a Beauty and Massage therapist and studying psychology and criminology full time :) I am addicted to buying beauty products and I have many products that I would like to rave about. I am a proud Chilean and New Zealand citizen. I love to go to go out to dance with friends and eat delicious food.
I specifically bought this to use as a night cream as I've read many reviews stating that it works great at night. I actually really like the scent i find it quite soothing at night. It softens my skin and I swear it reduces the redness on my cheeks. I love that it is hypoallergenic and that it doesn't clog my pores. I only need a little bit (pea size) for my entire face and neck. I got the big tub and i know it will last me a long time!
I ran out of my night cream so I decided to try this Nivea Creme on my face. Usually I only used it for my hands when they were really dry. Anyway I put it on and OMG the next morning my face felt sooo soft! More than it has ever been, I'm not even exaggerating. I am very impressed. I used a small amount then applied to my face using patting motions, blending it in. I let this thick creme sink in for about 5 minutes on my skin and then I blotted off the excess with a tissue. I'm definitely using this for the winter months. ❤️
I love this, i use it often on days I have oily roots between the 2-3 days i don't wash my hair. I also use it as powder over my face after applying sunscreen to make that oily/shiny suncreen look go away and even after foundation (sometimes). Good price and the packaging as well. Everyone should have this for it can last very long and cheap. It's not worthless.
This little pot I use is so cute and I use it as a hand cream and that's all I have to say. I love the smell of it which i never get tired of. All the products in the body shop are al in the pricey side but they are really worth it. I got this body butter as a present along with the strawberry bar of soap, body lotion and shower gel. Woe that day I use it all up.
This removes makeup/eyemakeup very effectively. I felt no stinging on the eyes which is a bonus. I use this along with a cotton pad to remove my makeup as a way to get rid of surface debris such as oil, makeup, pollution that we all accumlate throughout the day. Then I follow it with a cream cleanser to gently deep cleanse my skin. So glad i bought this, it's beautiful.
First of all it is no wonder that the people who give minimal points for this cleanser usually have oily skin or combination. Sure it may still work but most people with this type of skin will want a more foamy consistency than the milky consistency like this cleanser. It's important to remember that this cleanser is for people that are on the dry/sensitive skin scale. I have sensitive skin that is prone to redness, dryness and itchiness. This cleanser does not leave me feeling with that tight feeling or over dry. The smell is also very calming. I use pure rosewater on a cotton pad as a toner and then i moisturize. It's a bit on the pricey side here in NZ but I think it is worth it especially if you have sensitive skin.
I like this night cream (more gel based when you look at the consistency) but it does leave my face very soft in the morning. Problem though is that I feel like it leaves a film around my skin that won't sink in. I don't know if it's the hyaluronic acid or some other ingredient in it. I do love the scent though, i find it is soothing to the senses at night. It has tiny beads full of vitamin E which is a bonus.
