The colors are ok. But you definitely need to apply a primer for them to stay all day and a setting spray to last all night. I don't know if it was just me but when I initially put it on the color was "popping" but seemed to smug away as the day went on
I Love Milani products so I decided to switch from my Neutrogena powder foundation to this one. It says its cream to powder but that is so not true it does go on like a cream but then after about a hour it looks like a liquid foundation. I was shinning bright like a diamond and not in a good way! I have oily skin but its not the worst so I feel for others that have really bad oily skin this is not for you..
So this is about as light as it appears and that probably doesn't matter a whole lot for a primer. The better question is how it interacts with the eyeshadow. I've used MAC, Clinique, and Urban Decay eyelid primers. I love my urban decay eyelid primer - it's the perfect shade for me.
I found this relatively easy to put on and I was able to use a sponge to rub it in so the color almost didn't matter, it just added a slight lightening of the eye. In terms of primer, this gets the job done. I think the Urban Decay is better at keeping my eyeshadow in place and allowing me to blend the way I want to, but for the price, this works. I added a picture of the raw product and it rubbed in a bit on my arm for reference.
Being natural is already hard to maintain but even harder to find products that can nourish my hair the way I need it to be this product is perfect and I defiantly would recommend it to anyone who has thick hair like mine give it a try you wont be disappointed.
So I got this product on sale and it turned out to be better then I thought my scalp tends to be more on the dry side but I don't experience dandruff that's why I usually buy products like biosilk that will keep my scalp and hair very hydrated and feeling refreshed.
One thing I have learned through my daily face cleaning routine is that it is important to clean but just as important to moisturize your face. Especially for people like me who have combination skin, constantly cleaning without putting moisture back in will make your face very dry.
