Review for: ECOTOOLS TOTAL PERFECTING BLENDER more...
Super porous and hold water to help blend easily while still being able to drain like a breeze. Maybe not the best when it comes to cleaning it, seems pretty fragile. I really like the flat edge for blending around my nose and all the creased areas. Super cheap.
Am I the only person this just didn't really work for? I followed the steps exactly and even took a few extra after reading some people suggest presoaking an d scrubbing. I mean, yeah, they peeled, but not nearly as much as I had expected. I guess it's still cheaper than having them professionally done.
I have combination skin and more often than not the area around my eyes gets so dry that it actually cracks and gets sores. This lotion get deep in there and hydrates without overwhelming or even hurting on broken skin. It's also got a calming scent and it's pretty cheap which I can't complain about.
I kind of have love/hate feelings for this scent. My mother in law bought it for me for Christmas last year and I think I've used it maybe a handful of times because I really can't decide why it smells like my teen years. It's weird, like almost smells overwhelming.
One of my favorite scents from Bath and Body Works. A little more expensive but entirely worth the price. Has a sweet scent that lasts all day and really doesn't overwhelm at least not from what I can tell personally. The bottle is also super cute with it's little plastic bow.
Affordable and most drug stores seem to carry it from what I can tell. It's definitely not some magic cure all however. It really helps take makeup off without rubbing your skin raw like some brands. Not harsh on sensitive skin and it works well on oily complexions.
For under ten dollars at Walmart I can't complain much. It's a nice tint, not too pigmented but not sheer. It leaves a nice matte finish. My only complaint is that the color seems to be darker on the face when your skins natural oils start to build up.
About the only good thing I can say is that it was easy to find and cheap. I have oily skin so personally I think it just made my make up slide right back off in no time. I also think the scent is weird, kind of like elmer's glue. I just didn't think it was worth it personally.
I tried the shade teddy bare thinking it'd be a nice dark nude and really make my lips pop. The thing is, for someone who's super pale it was kind of overwhelming and made me look drained and weird. The texture and staying power is there but personally I'm not a fan of the tint.
