Love this, love KATE! This book is wonderfully written and she really explains how she was able to get healthy and start loving her body. She goes through 4 pillars, cultivating a relationship with your body, eating well, awakening the body, and last but not least, mindfulness.
Got this recently for my daughter's birthday and she loves it! The pictures are pretty decent but a little dark, overall though, for her to be able to get pics right away and keep memories, it's brilliant.
