Taco Tuesday is a definite weekly holiday in my household. We take them very seriously but we’re also not taco masters (yet). If there is something to amp up our tacos, we love to try. Luckily enough, I received a package of the Club House taco seasoning and I am blown away. Not only is it easy to make (add this with water to your ground beef), but it’s also delicious. I also loved how it contains way less sodium than other mixes on the market and it’s totally certified organic. How cool! I will definitely be purchasing more of these!
I had purchased the 2-pack at Wal-Mart out of curiosity to really see if it performed better than my Beauty Blender. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of these sponges. I far prefer the finish this gives to my foundation than I do with the BB, plus it’s a lot larger when wet and gets your face done in a fraction of the time. I also really like the flat end of the sponge for my under eye area. I would hop on this hype train because it’s totally true. You need this in your collection.
This has been the most used item in my collection recently to try and create Halloween looks. It’s such a universal shade and creates the perfect ‘canvas’ to my makeup. I’m challenging myself this year to really be out there with the dramatic makeup and this easy pencil is making it feasible for me. Can’t go wrong with the price too.
I've used about 25% of the tube in the first week of having this bad boy. I think I'm actually addicted. It's such a nice lip treatment; it's a lot thicker than the YSL tint-in-oil and feels like a gloss. It's not sticky however, and has a nice light scent. I have 03 'SOS my heart' (red) and there's no real colour payoff, which I prefer. It makes your lips look and feel so luscious, plump and hydrated. You can always find this in my pocket or purse!
Dry shampoos are really hard to get right for me, especially because my hair is very thin and gets oily quickly. I'm sure I've tried every brand under the sun and this is the only one I've ever turned back to and repurchased (I'm sure I'm on the 5th or 6th bottle now). The minty scent makes you feel so clean and it works the best without being too stiff. I sometimes use this as a texturizer too. Make sure to shake it vigorously and spray a distance away to avoid any harsh lines. And always rub it into the scalp. I've had no problem with it and it's light enough to rub away if you do get the white residue on your hair. I recommend this to everyone I know. With the price, you can't go wrong.
I recently cut my hair really short and was on the hunt for a decent hairspray to get that cool, gritty, messy, curl look with lots of volume and texture. This was on sale for $2.50 and so I gave it a whirl. I have never been so pleasantly surprised with a drugstore product before. Honestly, for the price and for what it's done it is by far the BEST hairspray ever! The hold is amazing and it helps me with any desired hair look. Other high end texturizing or regular hairsprays just do not compare. I will never buy another brand ever again. This is my ride or die hairspray now.
I will begin this review by mentioning that beer is definitely not my favourite type of alcohol. I'm not all too keen on the taste and the aftermath but for some reason I trusted Stella and have never turned back. It's one of the greatest for a reason; it actually tastes great, is smooth, and pairs with many things or fantastic on its own. It's the only beer I will ever drink and I've turned many friends to loving it too.
